Shirtbatter Screen Printing Process
1.Have an idea
When creating apparel your possibilities are almost endless when it comes to screen printing.
The most important part of creating a shirt with screen printing knowing what you want to put on it!
Once you have an idea its time to move to the next screen printing step and pick out the shirt you want your design to be on.
2.Let us design it
Once you are ready to get your order started just shoot us an email or come stop by the shop and we can get started on putting it all together! If you need help creating your screen printing graphic, we have an in house graphic designer that can help you design your shirt and answer any questions you might have about the screen printing process. If you already have your logo or graphic we ask that you send it to us as Adobe illustrator file (.AI) or a Photoshop document (.PDF), this will help us send you a proof example of our apparel.
3. choose your style!
Choose from hundreds of brands, styles, and colors! At Shirtbatter we offer almost limitless options for shirts that are perfect for screen printing, if there’s a certain shirt or look you want, we can get it. Some of our suppliers are Sanmar, Zorrel, and Next Level.
4. Approve the proof
Once we have received or designed your graphic we will send you design proof to make sure we have everything perfect for your shirts and wait for your approval before we start production. This helps makes sure you get exactly what you want and insures that you love the shirts. We don’t start your screen printing job until you have given us the green light and final approval to go ahead and start production!
5. Pick up your Apparel
As soon as we have completed the production for your screen printing order and it is ready to pick or ship, you will receive an email about when is best to come pick them up or about when and how they will be delivered. Thank you so much for doing business with us and we hope to see you soon!
